Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across production, logistics, and quality control
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost reduction strategies
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ operational staff
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry regulations
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive operations management experience
- Proven track record in process optimization and Lean methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
