Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the logistics department to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies to meet company goals and KPIs.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of logistics coordinators and support staff.
- Optimize supply chain processes, inventory management, and resource allocation.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with upper management to forecast budget needs and approve expenditures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or logistics leadership.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
