Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 50+ team members across warehouse, distribution, and fulfillment centers
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce costs by 15% annually
- Develop and maintain SOPs ensuring compliance with OSHA and ISO standards
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts
- Lead cross-functional projects including warehouse automation rollouts
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 7+ years progressive operations experience with 3+ in leadership
- Proven track record in inventory control and logistics optimization
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- OSHA 30 and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications required
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Experience managing unionized teams preferred
