Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals to achieve quarterly KPIs
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for critical operational resources
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and drive data-driven decisions
- Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Create and maintain operational budgets with strict cost-control measures
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive operations management experience in tech/manufacturing
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency by 20%+
- Advanced certification in Lean Six Sigma or PMP
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote/hybrid teams
