Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, logistics, and fulfillment departments
- Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage inventory control systems and optimize supply chain workflows
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ operations professionals
- Analyze KPIs and data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage departmental budget and cost reduction projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive operations management experience
- Proven track record of optimizing complex operational processes
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management (PMP) a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
