Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across supply chain, logistics, and production teams
- Develop/implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Analyze operational data to identify KPIs and performance trends
- Lead cross-functional projects with engineering, sales, and finance teams
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic partnerships
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
- Mentor operations staff and foster continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
- 8+ years progressive operations management experience
- Proven track record in process optimization and Lean Six Sigma
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ members
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- APICS or CPIM certification preferred
