Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate all daily operational activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Manage and optimize the supply chain, including vendor relations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of operations staff to foster a high-performance culture.
- Develop and monitor operational budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability targets are met.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Sales, HR, Finance) to support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools.
- Proven experience in budget management, P&L responsibility, and process optimization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various facilities.
