Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring 100% on-time delivery and accuracy.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maximize operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage the annual budget, forecasting costs, and identifying areas for financial savings without compromising quality.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of supervisors and staff to foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Analyze performance metrics (KPIs) using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and sales, to align operational capacity with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a budget of $2M+.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and manage conflict effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by peak seasons.
