Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8-10 operational specialists
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive operations management experience in tech or service industries
- Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives with measurable results
- Expertise in budget management and resource optimization
