Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily logistics and warehouse operations to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality service standards.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and implement process improvements.
- Develop, manage, and monitor operational budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of supervisors and operators, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations (OSHA), company policies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with supply chain partners and internal departments to optimize inventory levels and logistics strategies.
- Address and resolve complex operational issues with a focus on long-term solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a similar industrial environment.
- Proven experience in team leadership, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational reports.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
