- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and service levels
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Drive digital transformation projects to modernize operational workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations management within tech or manufacturing
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process optimization
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
