- Oversee daily operations across logistics, supply chain, and vendor management
- Develop/implement process improvements reducing costs by 15%+
- Lead cross-functional teams including warehouse, procurement, and customer service
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Manage $2M+ operational budget with quarterly ROI reporting
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety protocols, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with executive team on 3-year operational strategy
Qualifications
- 5+ years operations management experience in tech/distribution
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or related field
- Proven track record optimizing complex supply chains
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- PMP or Six Sigma certification highly desirable
- Experience scaling operations from 50 to 200+ employees
- Expert in lean methodologies and continuous improvement
