- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and industry-specific regulatory standards
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term operational strategy and budget planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive operations management experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Proven track record of implementing Lean methodologies and reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis and process mapping
- Excellent leadership abilities with demonstrated team development success
- Professional certification (CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Black Belt) highly desirable
