Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to reduce costs by 15%+ annually
- Lead cross-functional teams including procurement, warehousing, and distribution
- Analyze operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and drive data-driven decisions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure service excellence
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and industry-specific regulations
- Coordinate disaster recovery plans and business continuity protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years progressive operations management experience in manufacturing/distribution
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs and improving efficiency metrics
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and warehouse management software
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
