Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping/receiving, and quality control
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ operations specialists and supervisors
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales departments to ensure seamless workflow
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to drive data-driven decision making
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for operational services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in operations/supply chain management
- Proven track record of process optimization and cost reduction initiatives
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
