Responsibilities

- Develop/implement operational KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in warehouse, logistics, and procurement
- Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Coordinate with executive leadership on strategic operational planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in operations/supply chain management
- Proven track record of process optimization and cost reduction
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
