Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory control, logistics coordination, and vendor management
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals in daily warehouse/distribution activities
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce operational costs by 15-20%
- Develop and execute annual operational budgets with $2M+ responsibility
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using KPI dashboards and data analytics
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and ISO 9001 standards
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic expansion projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive operations experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record optimizing distribution/logistics processes in high-volume environments
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Professional certifications (CPIM, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma) highly valued
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
