Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of progressive operations management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements with measurable results
- Expertise in budget management, cost analysis, and financial forecasting
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- PHR/SPHR or Six Sigma certification highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic planning capabilities
