Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and vendor relationships
- Develop and implement strategic process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Manage compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational goals with business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in operations management within logistics or manufacturing
- Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes and reducing operational costs
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Certified in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement methodology
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+
- Deep knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse automation
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with demonstrated problem-solving agility
