Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across logistics, inventory, and vendor management
- Develop/implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs and service-level targets
- Manage $5M+ budgets and negotiate with key suppliers
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in operational systems
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry regulations
- Report on operational metrics to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years in operations management with P&L responsibility
- Proven experience in supply chain optimization and logistics
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Exceptional leadership abilities with team-building experience
- Bachelor's degree in Operations/Business/Engineering required
