Qualifications

- 5+ years in operations leadership with P&L responsibility
- Proven experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
- Expertise in process optimization and Lean/Six methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
