Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments including logistics, quality control, and supply chain management
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through performance coaching and development programs
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational goals with company strategy
- Analyze operational KPIs and data to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive operations management experience in manufacturing or logistics
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and implement solutions
- Expertise in process optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and operational analytics tools
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with ability to inspire teams
- Experience in budget management and financial oversight
