Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across 3 key facilities, ensuring seamless workflow and resource allocation
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, reducing operational costs by 15%+ annually
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ staff in inventory management, logistics, and quality control
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to drive data-driven decision making
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and operational scaling
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA, FDA, and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations management within distribution/manufacturing
- Proven track record of implementing lean methodologies and cost-reduction strategies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between facilities (up to 25% travel)
