Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and execution of operational workflows across 3 key departments
- Develop KPIs and implement performance tracking systems to drive efficiency
- Manage $2M+ annual budget with meticulous financial oversight
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies
- Build and mentor high-performing teams through data-driven leadership
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive operations management experience in tech/logistics
- Proven track record of optimizing complex operational systems
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
