Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards
- Develop/implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance productivity
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams (15+ members)
- Analyze KPIs and data to drive strategic decision-making
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Manage inventory, supply chain, and logistics workflows
- Ensure OSHA and safety protocols are strictly followed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years experience in operations management within logistics/supply chain
- Proven track record of improving operational metrics (cost, efficiency, quality)
- Strong expertise in process optimization and lean methodologies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- PMP or Six Sigma certification highly desirable
