Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and minimal downtime.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of logistics professionals to meet performance targets.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to reduce costs and improve productivity.
- Analyze KPIs and operational data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with supply chain partners and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and manage the annual operations budget.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to facilities as needed.
