Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational workflows across departments (logistics, supply chain, HR)
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage $2M+ operational budget with quarterly financial forecasting
- Lead 15+ cross-functional teams through change management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and industry regulations
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with C-suite on strategic operational planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 7+ years progressive operations leadership experience
- PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and operational analytics tools
- Proven track record in scaling operations for high-growth companies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost reduction
