Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management
- 5+ years in operations/supply chain leadership with 2+ in management
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and Lean methodologies
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid California driver's license required
