Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, inventory, and distribution channels
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to reduce costs by 15%+
- Lead a team of 12+ staff through performance management and mentorship
- Analyze KPIs and data to drive strategic decisions and resource allocation
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and procurement teams for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal pricing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in operations management with 3+ in team leadership
- Proven experience in scaling logistics or supply chain operations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement training
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
