Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across 3+ departments, optimizing workflows and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with quarterly business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 12+ direct reports through performance coaching and talent development
- Analyze KPIs and financial data to identify growth opportunities and cost-saving measures
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term operational strategy and resource allocation
- Implement and maintain compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
- Drive digital transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive operations management experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of optimizing complex operational processes in tech/manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement expertise
