Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ operational professionals through performance coaching
- Analyze KPIs and data to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations
- Manage annual operational budget ($5M+) and resource allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive operations management experience in logistics/supply chain
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and reducing operational costs
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Expertise in WMS, TMS, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification highly desirable
