Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple departments including warehouse, logistics, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategic process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead, mentor, and cross-train a team of 15+ operational specialists
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals with business objectives
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics using advanced analytics tools
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for operational services
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations/supply chain leadership
- Proven track record of optimizing complex operational workflows
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools
- Strong P&L management and budgeting experience
- Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams
