- Oversee end-to-end operational processes including supply chain, logistics, and vendor management
- Develop and implement KPIs to measure operational efficiency and team performance
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Drive process optimization through Lean methodologies and automation solutions
- Manage operational budgets and cost-reduction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years progressive operations management experience in tech/manufacturing
- Proven expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma certified)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional leadership abilities with 5+ years managing 15+ person teams
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and operational analytics tools
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
