- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, transportation, and distribution teams
- Develop/implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage cross-functional teams (15+ staff) through performance coaching and development
- Analyze KPIs and data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic operational planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years in operations management with logistics/supply chain focus
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and reducing operational costs
- Strong leadership experience with team development and coaching
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/JDE) and analytics tools
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to warehouse sites
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
