Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across production, logistics, and quality control departments
- Develop and implement strategic process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals through performance coaching and development
- Analyze KPIs and financial data to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and industry-specific regulations
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term operational planning and budgeting
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within manufacturing
- Proven track record of implementing successful process optimization projects
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision making
- OSHA 30 and Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and operational analytics tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
