- Coordinate supply chain logistics and vendor relationships
- Lead continuous improvement projects targeting 15%+ efficiency gains
- Manage $5M+ operational budget and resource allocation
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocol enforcement
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic operational planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in manufacturing operations leadership
- Proven track record in process optimization and lean methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
