Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operational processes and supply chain logistics
- Develop KPIs and implement performance improvement strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing operational initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
- Analyze operational data to identify optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with finance and HR for resource allocation
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
- Proven expertise in process optimization and cost reduction
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments
