- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals through Agile methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key stakeholders
- Create data-driven reports for executive leadership using KPI dashboards
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry-specific regulations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within logistics/tech
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs while improving service levels
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel
- PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
