Job Description

Lead cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain workflows, drive operational excellence, and implement process improvements across our 50,000 sq ft facility. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse/distribution operations with 25+ direct reports
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track productivity, cost efficiency, and quality metrics
- Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and customer service teams for seamless operations
- Implement lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and industry regulations
- Lead crisis management and disaster recovery planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years operations management experience in warehousing or distribution
- Proven expertise with WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan)
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- OSHA 30 and Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and data analysis skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts and occasional weekend hours
- Valid Nebraska driver's license required
