Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across supply chain, logistics, and warehousing functions
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with business objectives
- Analyze KPIs to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage cross-functional teams including procurement, inventory control, and distribution
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards (ISO 9001)
- Collaborate with finance to optimize operational budgets and cost controls

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in operations leadership with P&L responsibility
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Strong strategic planning and change management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Valid Virginia driver's license and clean driving record
