Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse/distribution operations ensuring KPI targets are met
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma/Lean principles
- Manage inventory control systems and vendor relationships
- Lead 15+ cross-functional teams through performance coaching
- Coordinate logistics including transportation, warehousing, and compliance
- Analyze operational data to drive cost reduction and efficiency gains
- Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in leadership roles within logistics/distribution
- Strong proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Proven track record of implementing lean methodologies
- Advanced analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
