Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics and supply chain operations for 50+ employees
- Develop/implement KPI-driven process improvement initiatives
- Manage $5M+ annual operational budget with variance analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in vendor negotiations and contract management
- Ensure OSHA compliance and implement safety protocols
- Drive digital transformation of operational systems
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews and talent development
Qualifications
- 5+ years in operations management with 3+ in manufacturing/distribution
- Proven P&L management experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
- Demonstrable crisis management and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Michigan labor regulations
