Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across 3 key business units, ensuring alignment with strategic KPIs
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce costs by 15%+
- Manage a cross-functional team of 15+ professionals through performance coaching and development
- Develop and execute annual operational budgets with $5M+ responsibility
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure regulatory compliance across all operations
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term operational strategy and digital transformation
- Drive vendor management relationships and negotiate strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within logistics/supply chain
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements with measurable cost savings
- Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and operational analytics tools
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent operational methodology expertise
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
