Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehouse management, distribution, and transportation logistics
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals in daily operational execution
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives reducing costs by 15% annually
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL partners
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and ISO 9001 standards
- Utilize SAP and Tableau for data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive operations management experience in logistics/3PL
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs while improving service levels
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required, Black Belt preferred
- Expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS) and TMS platforms
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote teams
