Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across warehouse, distribution, and fulfillment centers
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to reduce costs by 15%+ annually
- Manage cross-functional teams (15+ personnel) including hiring, training, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety protocols, and industry regulations
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for seamless operations
- Create annual budgets and manage operational expenses within approved parameters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in operations management with P&L responsibility
- Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated team development success
- Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or CSCP highly valued
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends during peak seasons
