Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across production, logistics, and quality control departments
- Develop and implement strategic process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals with performance coaching
- Analyze KPIs and operational data to drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain execution
- Lead budget planning and cost reduction projects
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations management
- Proven track record in process optimization and lean methodologies
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools
- Exceptional leadership and team development abilities
- Certification in Six Sigma or PMP highly desirable
- Experience managing budgets over $5M
