Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, logistics coordination, and vendor relationships
- Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce costs and enhance productivity
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of operational strategies and KPI achievement
- Analyze operational data using ERP systems to identify trends and drive data-driven decision making
- Manage annual budgeting for operational expenditures while maintaining cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations leadership within manufacturing or tech distribution
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization and inventory control systems
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification required
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to lead complex initiatives
- Excellent communication abilities with experience presenting to executive leadership
