Responsibilities

- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead and develop high-performing operations teams (15+ direct reports)

- Collaborate with finance on budget planning and operational forecasting
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate key contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations leadership
- Proven expertise in supply chain optimization and inventory control
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
