Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across production, logistics, and quality control departments

- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals with KPI-driven performance management
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key supply chain partners
- Analyze operational data using ERP systems to drive data-driven decision making
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and industry-specific regulations
- Coordinate facility maintenance and capital project planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive operations management experience in manufacturing
- Proven track record of implementing lean methodologies and Six Sigma
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience ($5M+ budgets)
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credentials
