Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor a diverse team of logistics professionals to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets effectively.
